Born in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, where he began his artistic education at the age of eight in the Municipal School of Drawing of Sant Feliu de Guíxols under the painters Ferran Ponsjoan and Pere Manera. In 1968 he began his studies at the Massana Centre School of Art and Design of Barcelona, and was hired by Enric Huguet to work in his studio in 1969, the beginning of a very close collaboration. In 1977 he started his own design studio and began working for the Uriach laboratories, among others.
He was a member of the Asociación para la Creación del Colegio de Diseñadores Gráficos de Cataluña since its founding, and participates in various design juries: the CODIG logo (1982), the LAUS Prize (1994) and the RAIMA Illustration Contest (1996 and 1997).
His graphic designs have been published in Japan, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, England, Switzerland and the United States.
